Details about Housing
Click here to see photos on Pearlstone’s website.

Overnight accommodations are a mix of hotel style rooms and youth hostel style rooms. The hotel style rooms have private bathrooms and queen sized beds. The youth hostel style rooms have 2-6 beds per room and may share bathrooms with other rooms. Youth hostel beds are a combination of regular twins and bunk beds.

If you're paying a base price for a hotel room, you'll choose housing in one of the following buildings:

Orchard hotel rooms (aka Pearlstones Lodges 1-3) have 2 queen beds, a loveseat which opens to a single bed, and ensuite bathroom. Nearby lounges offer space to relax alone or as a group with sofas, minifridges, a microwave, and large flatscreen TV.These rooms are only available for two or more people.

Adjoining rooms are available. There's no extra fee if the second room will be occupied by two teens, a teen and a younger child, or three young children. If you're taking two rooms and your family has fewer than three kids 12 or younger, there is a fee for the second room.

Raingarden hotel rooms (aka Pearlstone Lodge 5) have 1 queen bed, a writing desk, mini fridge, and ensuite bathroom. Most rooms are also equipped with an armchair that can fold out to a sleeper (smaller than a twin and suitable for small children). If you're one person staying alone in a Raingarden room, you will pay a single supplement.
If you're paying a base price for a youth hostel room, you'll be in the Garden Lodge.

Garden Lodge youth hostel rooms (aka Pearlstone Lodge 4) have common lounge space connecting a series of bedrooms with a mix of twin and bunk beds. There are between 2-6 beds per room.

If you’re registering for four or more people, you’ll be able to reserve an entire youth hostel room.
Otherwise, we will assign roommates. We'll try our best to match age and gender for room assignments but cannot make any guarantees. We also are unable to guarantee a twin bed or bottom bunk.

Are you planning on bringing a baby monitor to use during evening childcare? The best coverage is in the Garden Lodge.
