Tanakh or Bible (Five Books of Moses, Prophets, and Writings)

            Kippah, tallit and tefillin, if you use them (Please bring extras to share if you can)

            Musical instruments

            Words to songs or songbooks (especially Rise Up Singing)

            Tote bag for shlepping some of the above

            Stories to tell, poems to read, and niggunim to share

            Cards or board games

A bottle of hechshered/kosher wine to drink with dinner on Friday night and/or discreet amounts of special drinks for our Friday night tisch

            Clothing to donate to the clothing swap

            Donations for the Silent Auction

Backup linen:  The College will provide 1 set of sheets, 1 pillow, pillowcase, and blanket.  The college will provide 2 small bath towels, but you may want to bring your own, especially for swimming.

Audio recorder:  You may want to bring your own recording device for classes, workshops, or other Institute programs, especially for the exchange of songs and niggunim. (Please ask the instructor’s permission before taping a class or workshop.)

Hike On Mt. Monadnock: If you might be interested in participating in an optional hike, we strongly recommend that you bring the following additional items:  hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers, a day pack, and sunglasses.
