Directions

FRANKLIN PIERCE UNIVERSITYis located off Route 119 in Rindge, New Hampshire, just north of the Massachusetts border. Approximate driving time from New York City is 4 1/2 hours. Approximate driving time from Boston is 1 ¾ hours. Airports are located in Manchester, NH, and Boston (Logan International Airport).

By car to Franklin Pierce College:

  • From New York City: I-95 North to I-91 North (in CT), to Route 10 North (Exit 28A) to Route 119 East to the College (about 25 miles), entrance on left at the blinking light.
  • From the east and south of the Mass Pike: Route 2 West, to 140 North, to Route 12 North, to 202 North, to 119 West, to the College (about 1 mile).
  • From Maine and the Seacoast: Take I-95 South to Route 101 West, to Route 202 South, to 119 West to the College.
  • From New York/Vermont: Follow I-91, exit at Brattleboro, VT (Exit 3) and come by way of Routes 9 East, 12 South, and 119 East to the College. (There is a Franklin Pierce College campus in Keene with a sign on Route 9 - do not turn off Route 9 until you come to Route 12 South.)

To join the Manchester airport ride share, plan to arrive at Manchester airport by 2 p.m. and email Howard White with your name, airline, flight number, arrival time and a cell phone number before July 31.
