Fee schedule

NHC Dues (required and tax-deductible):

• $40 per individual, or
• $80 per family

Full-week registration:

(includes room, board, and all Institute programming)

• $800 per adult (13 and older)
• $600 per adult commuter (housing not provided)
• $200 for a child (6 months – 12 years of age)
• $175 for the second child per family
• $150 for the third and subsequent children per family
• Children under 6 months of age attend free

Registration Deadline: Monday July 25th

Shabbat-only registration:

(includes, room, board, and all Institute programming beginning at 3:30pm on the Friday of Institute):

• $250 per adult (decrease from 2010!)
• $89 per child

Registration Deadline: Tuesday August 2nd, 1:00pm

Cancellation insurance:

• Free through April 4
• Varying rates April 5 and later; see the Fine Print for details

Late fee:

• A $25 late fee per person will be charged for all registrations June 16th through the end of registration
• An additional $25 late fee per adult Shabbat-only participant will be charged starting July 26th

Housing supplements:

(The base registration rate includes a double-occupancy room.)

• $125: Single-occupancy room (shared bathroom)
• $150: Single-occupancy room (private bathroom)
• $250: Private 2-bedroom apartment (for 1-2 people)
• $300: Private 3-bedroom townhouse (for 2-4 people)

Other fees:

• $60 per child (10 and under) for pre-paid babysitting for 6 nights (price increases to $80 starting June 16). This year, babysitting will be provided through our work-study program, and parents with children are eligible to apply for babysitting positions in lieu of the fee.  For details, and to apply, please contact babysitting@havurah.org .
• $50 per person for early arrival (check-in on Sunday July 31)
• $250 to rent a private-use golf cart for the week (there will also be 1-2 community use golf carts available); valid driver's license required

Merchandise:

• T-shirts and various other items are available for purchase at the time of registration.  All items are $5 cheaper than at-Institute prices if you pre-order!
